We are looking for

HR Specialist Global Compensation & Benefits (f/m/d)  

to support our Team. (ID 5290)

What you’ll do:

  • Support the Global Compensation & Benefits processes which include the annual salary review and the bonus & incentive scheme on an international level
  • Conduct Esprit’s annual global bonus process including KPI & target setting as well as target achievement in close alignment with Controlling, Country HR, HR Business Partners and Managers
  • Lead sub-projects within the global Compensation & Benefits processes and programs
  • Ongoing support of the development of the Global Compensation & Benefits Strategy and of the implementation of standardized and state of the art Compensation & Benefits programs
  • Prepare analyses, reports and presentations relating to Compensation & Benefits topics
  • Suggest improvements for existing Compensation & Benefits tools and applications
  • Support the grading system and the compensation methods based on it
  • Participate in international compensation surveys, contribute to salary benchmarks and Salary Band setup
  • Support the affiliated companies in all Compensation & Benefits matters
  • Coordinate and align with relevant parties on the execution of Global Compensation & Benefits processes
  • Further miscellaneous HR related projects

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Degree in business administration with first professional experience (up to 3 years) in a comparable position. Alternatively business administration training combined with advanced occupational training and with several years professional experience (more than 3 years) in a comparable position
  • Experience in compensation & benefits processes and tools
  • Understanding of the employee lifecycle and the related Compensation & Benefits elements
  • Mercer IPE as well as Controlling experience is a plus
  • Good command of German and English
  • Microsoft Office and in particular Excel required
  • Good knowledge of SAP-HCM
  • Well-developed analytical ability
  • Good organisational skills
  • Affinity for numbers
