The Comp&Ben Expert is shaping the total rewards philosophy and strategy for SBEU Group to drive high performance culture and talent retention; he/she is responsible for the proper implementation of variable remuneration process in accordance with regulatory requirements and SBAG strategy; for fair salary structure (job grading) according to legal background and local market; additionally, he/she delivers inputs for FTE planning and structuring, performance management and is responsible for regular reporting to all stakeholders.

Knowledge of EBA and FMA requirements on remuneration field is a strong plus.

Your Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for the banks Reward policy: prepares and regularly reviews Group Remuneration Policy and ensures its official approval; Co-ordinates regular reviews on local remuneration policies in line with valid Group Remuneration Policy; monitors requested approval processes; aligns with all stakeholders internally and externally
  • Defines group (base) salary strategy and aligns it with the requirements of the Mgmt Board; is regularly monitoring relevant policies and does gap analysis incl. proposals for correctional measures; implements market practices into group salary policy
  • Is responsible for implementation and regular review of Sberbank Europe’s bonus system and employee benefits; prepares, aligns and regularly reviews Incentive Systems framework locally and for the countries including gap analysis; aligns variable remuneration systems with Performance Mgmt
  • Manages HR projects on group level, on local level or both and acts as a key coordinator of HR projects driven by the Head of HR
  • Develops and maintains HR policies and guidelines within the respective special field and, if necessary, provides advice to group HR managers for their local implementations
  • Coordinates activities related to HR Budget (staff costs, recruitment costs, training costs, etc.), cooperates on workforce planning and regularly reviews cost reports in cooperation with Finance and Controlling
  • Is responsible for a HR Benchmarking concept incl. the management of external partners. Collects benchmarking data from countries, maintains group benchmarks where applicable and prepares management reports from benchmark-related data
  • Cooperates with other HR functions (e.g. HR Business Partner, group HR managers) to discuss business needs, advise of issues related to the respective special field, deliver HR analytics outputs, cooperate on performance mgmt topics, support with HR budget and forecast preparation

Your Profile

  • Master's degree, preferably with focus on HR Management
  • 2-5 years working experience in HR function, various areas, experience in leading projects
  • Proficient knowledge within the respective special field (e.g. regulatory requirements of compensation and benefits) understanding of banking business
  • Fluent English is a must, German or other CEE languages are a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Project management skills
