HR Advisor (m/w/d)

Your tasks

  • Provide first-line HR support to managers and employees regarding HR administration, including ‘how-to’ process support for Workday (HR system)
  • Identify and take ownership of queries from (new) employees and managers or escalating them as needed
  • Prepare employee documents such as standard letters for promotion, compensation changes, employer statements etc.
  • Operate new-hire and termination standard checklists
  • Correctness of absence quotas and -registration
  • Close collaboration with Data team and Payroll on HR administration to ensure correctness and accuracy
  • First point of contact regarding HR admin for external vendors such as insurance companies, fleet company, pension provider and responsible for timely updates in the personnel administration of these vendors
  • Car fleet administration and coordination in close collaboration with HR Business Partner
  • Invoice management of HR related costs using SAP SRM
  • Mobility coordination such as VISA end dates, initiating and follow-up on services provided by the several Mobility vendors

Your profile

  • Work experience in HR administration with use of HR systems
  • Team player with strong customer orientation and analytical mind-set
  • Capability to work remotely in an international environment
  • Capability and flexibility to adapt yourself into fast moving business circumstances
  • Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn
  • Excellent knowledge and skills of MS-Office 
  • Excellent verbal and written skills of German and English is a must
  • Capture insights from the queries you resolve and use them to contribute to our culture of continuous improvement
  • Put service delivery and customer satisfaction at the heart of everything you do
