We are growing - and looking for an HR Manager with focus on Talent Development and Organizational Change to strengthen our Global Center of Excellence Talent Management, based in Mainz, Germany. This key position is of strategic importance especially referring to culture development and the job holder will act on an international level.

Your tasks

  • Designing strategic concepts, steering and implementation of personnel and organizational change initiatives/measures, in close cooperation with the business
  • Supporting and guiding the successful implementation of change processes with a special focus on culture development
  • Close partnering with Business Leaders and HR Business Partners in all topics of personnel and organizational development
  • Leading and facilitating strategy discussions, change workshops and trainings
  • Developing creative and innovative Talent Management formats based on trends and best practices
  • Further advancement of the existing career paths to ensure the company-wide talent pipeline
  • Establishing a company-wide competence management
  • Continuous and systematic development of all activities under consideration of relevant Key Performance Indicators

Your profile

  • University degree in Organizational Development, Business or Psychology; additional certification as coach, trainer or facilitator is a plus
  • Min. 8 years professional experience in Employee and Organizational Development, with a focus on cultural change or change management / transformation, ideally both in a management consultancy and in an HR role within an international organization
  • Several years of experience in the organization and facilitation of events, workshops or trainings
  • Strong methodical competence in the management of projects and conceptual skills
  • Ability to prepare and communicate complex issues in a target-group-oriented manner
  • Strong team spirit and customer orientation, confident and engaging presentation style as well as a high level of personal initiative
  • International experience, excellent people skills and intercultural competence
  • Proficient English skills, German at least at level C1, another foreign language is a plus
