Responsibilities:

Support the delivery of:

  • People programs and projects in line with organizational strategy
  • Advice to local leadership team on colleague and organizational people issues
  • Project Management support, both regional and global related to balanced scorecards, diversity, retention, total performance, year-end compensation and manager briefings
  • Comprehensive talent agenda including talent assessment and leadership development
  • Employee Relations issues, including management of investigations and consequence management
  • Organizational design initiatives, including change management
  • Year-end compensation review process, including reviews of fixed and variable pay
  • Annual promotion process
  • End to end management of restructuring programs, coordinating across regions with HR colleagues
  • Diversity agenda of active management engagement, which embeds diversity into all HR practices
  • Talent Acquisition and Internal Mobility, in partnership client groups and Talent Acquisition
  • An environment that is conducive to employee engagement

Skills / Knowledge / Experience:

  • Extensive experience and a proven ability to provide strategic HR consulting
  • Bachelor Degree required
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships at all levels of seniority
  • Strong consulting, influencing and negotiation skills
  • Exceptional Communication Skills
  • Ability to objectively coach employees and management through complex, difficult issues
  • Demonstrated ability to manage across a highly-matrixed global organization
