Team Lead – Global Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)

– full-time / permanent contract –

Role and Responsibilities

  • In this newly created role you will develop our global state-of-the-art talent acquisition strategy to hire the best talents for our fast growing global matrix organization
  • While setting up the talent acquisition strategy you will focus on current and future organizational needs
  • You will co-shape our global employer branding strategy jointly with your colleagues
  • By setting-up a global recruitment process across our matrix organization and closely collaboration with international colleagues during the implementation phase, you will play a key role in the company’s strategic goals
  • You will set-up and implement a recruitment planning, recruitment KPIs and reports to be able to track global recruitment needs and activities
  • Focusing on an excellent candidate experience, you will manage the whole recruitment cycle for roles based in Europe
  • You will conduct recruitment trainings and coach hiring managers during the recruitment process
  • Your strong business acumen enables you to be an active sparring partner for our hiring managers during the hiring progress
  • You have an eye for diversity, and you like to implement diversity activities within our recruitment activities
  • You will lead a recruitment team consisting of 2 recruiters, specialized in talent management and active sourcing, and work closely with our US based People & Culture colleagues, who manage the recruitment locally

Profile and Qualifications

  • You have completed your university studies in human resources or similar
  • Being strongly interested in talent acquisition and employer branding, you have 8 years of international recruitment and employer branding experiences in a dynamic environment
  • You gained first experience in leading people and you are passionate about it
  • You gained at least 2 years of experience in a strategic talent acquisition role
  • You are highly interested in state of the art talent acquisition and employer branding approaches
  • You gained first experience in leading people and you are passionate about it
  • You are well experienced in using modern tools and recruitment platforms
  • You are interested in using AI as part of the talent acquisition strategy
  • You have a good understanding of applicant management software and can handle it well
  • You are fluent in English verbally and written, German is a plus
  • You characterize yourself as a motivated, enthusiastic self-starter with a strong analytical & strategic mindset
  • You are a strong networker and team player with a can do attitude
  • Alongside a strong and proactive customer oriented approach, you enjoy adapting to a fast-changing work environment
  • You are empathetic and are able to establish good relationships with applicants, hiring managers and are seen as a trusted partner
  • International work environments and working with colleagues in different countries strive you to be at your best
