We are looking for a VP People Organisation (m/f) at our Berlin headquarter. The VP People Organisation will play an integral role in continuously evolving and transforming how the company thinks and acts regarding people, work with people, culture and long-term enterprise value while facilitating an environment that enables the most valuable way of working. Reporting to one of the CEOs, the VP People Organisation serves as a key member of Uberall’s executive team and will facilitate organizational change aligned with the strategic vision of the company. RESPONSIBILITIES

The VP People Organisation will lead and further develop the full range of HR functions including talent acquisition, organizational design and effectiveness, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, payroll, succession management and employee learning and development.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will lead and further develop our HR department with recruiting and HR operations -> You and your team find the best people, you always know what Uberall is looking for from a recruiting perspective and you align internal and external interests, employee wishes and hopes and ensure an attractive design of our organizational structure in a fast-growing company
  • You have a strategic vision on how to reach our HR goals, together with the management you also determine our HR goals and guide us through our extraordinary growth story
  • You will be responsible for the further development of internal Human Resources policies and procedures and align corporate and operational requirements efficiently with the respective employment legislation
  • In collaboration with internal Stakeholders you will implement and deploy optimized programs for performance management across the organisation through state of the art tools 

  • You will recommend appropriate policies, procedures and tools for the development, implementation and maintenance of an equitable and competitive, cost- effective global market salary, benefits and incentive structures
  • You will guide and advice our line managers on HR policies, procedures and balancing needs with best practices
  • You are responsible for HR change management (rules, procedures and policies)
  • Your KPI based approached of team and HR management leads to a highly transparent HR organisation and will be the basis of monthly reports to the management
  • You are aware of best practices for HR legal onboardings in new countries and ensure efficient and correct payroll setup in all regions as well as benefits and heath care programs and continuously adapt to legal alterations
  • You will ensure to permanently match HR systems and infrastructure to efficiently and transparently manage employee data
  • You will review and update the existing Code of Conduct and compliance programs for HR
  • You will make us a hero in employer branding always knowing how to reach the best candidates
  • You will manage the employee relevant internal communication of the group
  • You are accountable for our HR budget and HR Plan
  • Be a leader throughout Uberall – speak up, exert influence to create positive change 


THE PERSON – PROFILE & REQUIREMENTS 

  • PROFILE: We are looking for an experienced executive person who is familiar with international and operative Human Resources matters in an international and digital company
  • EDUCATION: Minimum educational qualification of a Master´s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field 

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCES 

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in general Human Resources from a fast growing digital or SaaS company
  • International experience and background
  • Experience in leading companywide organizational transformation initiatives as a Human Resources executive 
  • Fluency in English and German is essential
