We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d) within our Human Resources EMEA team (Europe, Middle East, Africa), who is responsible for attracting and hiring best-in-class talents for Fresenius Medical Care across the region. There is a key focus on supporting the EMEA Headquarter functions.

Your assignments

  • You will define the best candidate attraction and sourcing strategies by utilizing your strength and passion for direct sourcing, leveraging your network for talent referrals to attract and hire potential top talent
  • Partnering with the business, anticipating the needs and understanding the market is key to success 
  • You will manage end to end talent acquisition and be instrumental in executing the EMEA talent acquisition strategy, projects and initiatives tailored to regional requirements
  • In this role you provide input to and implement the Social Media talent acquisition strategy
  • You work closely with the Head of Talent Acquisition in EMEA on talent acquisition projects for the region and with HR business leaders in order to ensure transparent, standardized services that meet the needs of the business in the region
  • Last, but not least you enjoy looking for new and innovative ways in which we can improve the talent acquisition organization, infrastructure and processes to adapt to new needs as the organization grows and changes

Your profile

  • You have completed your university degree ideally with a specialization in HR
  • You have several years of relevant experience in international talent acquisition within a multinational corporate environment, ideally a mix of experience in top agency and corporate in-house talent acquisition
  • You have profound capabilities in assessing, interviewing and recruiting top (senior) talents as well as experience in projects related to volume recruiting (medical staff, service, production etc.),
  • Very good understanding of talent acquisition strategies and of the changing labor markets and trends
  • Excellent networking and relationship building skills, the ability to adapt easily to work with a variety of people in various roles and levels of management in a fast-paced organization
  • You are fluent in English and German, ideally also in other languages
